How to earn your CEU credits
List of Pre-approved Certifying Bodies:
ATA: Approved 10 CEPs as Category A, up to 5 per day.
For category A events that are more than one day, there is a cap of 5 CEP per day, per member for a total of 10 CEPs per event.
CCHI: Approved for 14 CEUs. Provide CCHI the following information for each CCHI-approved session they attended (1) Presenter’s name, (2) title of the session, (3) the number of CE’s obtained, (4) the general CE or PB category, and finally (5) the unique code provided at the end of the session, along with the Part I Certificate issued by OSTI.
IMIA/NBCMI: Approved for 1.2 CEUs. Each attendee needs to submit both the OSTI Part I Certificate AND the IMIA attendance sheet. In the "Presenter’ Signature" column, enter the session password provided by OSTI. Be sure to put in the in and out time, and the attendee's signature at the top or bottom.
OJD: Oregon Court Language Access Services has approved 2023 Conference according to Oregon policy requirements. Please contact the Oregon Judicial Department’s Certification and Training Program for more details. Interpreters will need to provide proof of attendance, course description, and number of contact hours upon completion of the conference to Court Language Access Services.
OHA: Sessions approved by ATA (up to 5 general per day, or the total of 10 general for the entire conference), CCHI, IMIA and OJD are accepted. OSTI has designated categories in our list of sessions.

It is the responsibility of the individual attendees to record and report attendance to the respective certifying bodies. OSTI is not a certifying body, therefore OSTI does not approve or grant CEUs. Please refer to the certifying body's specific requirements applicable to you.
